About Travis

Travis Preston is a guide shaped by fire, breath, and the unseen currents that move beneath a life devoted to healing. Rooted in years of training across traditional spiritual lineages and modern trauma-informed breathwork practices, his work weaves the ancient with the present moment—creating pathways for transformation that feel both timeless and deeply human.

He is a man who first had to master his own fire before he could ever guide others through theirs. In his early years, life was driven by flames that burned out of control—fueled by mental illness, drug addiction, inner and outer rage, and a path that seemed certain to end in either death or prison. With no direction and no sense of hope, the fire that lived within him was destructive rather than illuminating.

Through deep personal work, a true understanding of divine surrender, and a commitment to walk through his own flames instead of running from them, Travis found sobriety and the space to heal. It was in this process that he was blessed with the opportunity to receive traditional teachings, guidance, and practices from elders and wisdom keepers. Years of challenge and discipline taught him what it meant to carry an inner fire with integrity. To tend it with intention, an open heart, and a powerful spirit—allowing it to become a source of clarity, grounded power, and meaningful purpose in his life and in the work he now offers others.

Travis brings a steady, illuminating presence into every space he holds. He has led hundreds of fire ceremonies, breathwork journeys, and countless transformational experiences that invite people back into their own sovereignty, their courage, and the quiet intelligence that lives within the mind, body, and spirit of us all.
His approach is guided by a profound respect for the mystery: the subtle ways Spirit communicates, the ancestral echoes that guide us, and the emotional landscapes that shape who we become. Through breath, ritual, presence, and grounded compassion, Travis creates containers where people feel safe to soften, raise, release, and rise.

Whether at the fireside, in ceremony, or in deep inner-world journeywork, Travis walks beside others with humility and devotion—holding open the door to healing, remembrance, and the possibility of becoming more fully who they already are, in ways they have always been meant to be.
