The Journey

Each month you will step into your own sacred container. Create real lasting states of bliss and joy through balancing out your own elements and getting to know your own internal ceremonies that you have.

These aren't moments of performance but of real relief, and through each month we relieve more and more of the frequencies and experiences that make life feel so challenging an hard, while bringing in a little piece of sacredness, fun, and joy to understanding each element.

Every month of Ceremonia carries its own teaching. Each one opens a different doorway into yourself, and how you relate to the element.

Here's what each month looks like:

Step Into Sacred Circle: October - Arrive, exhale, and let the medicine already around you meet you exactly where you are. This opening month runs a little differently than the rest more conversation, more space to just arrive

Fire - November - Meet your inner fire and let it carry you through change and transition with more gentle ease and grace.

Water - December - Here we really get the chance to bring in harmony to support nourish any big feelings and emotions that may come up around this time of year

Spirit - January - Get to know your spiritual calling and what feels right and supportive to you -

Earth - February - Feel the earth under your feet as you root into presence and balance to make the changes in your life you want to see

Air - March - Finding true safety in allowing the winds to fill your wings again and to remember what it feels like to take flight with ease and flow

Connection - April - Weave everything you've discovered about yourself back into your home, your people, and your community, for good.

Ceremonia Retreat - April/May (Dates TBD) - An in-person elemental retreat in New Hampshire and bask and relax in guided activities that connect to the elements that you have been working with all year, fire, water, air and earth.

The Ceremony Each Month

Going deeper is where the real magic begins to take shape and the support really comes in!

Each month we will introduce the element the first week, and then in week two, we will sit together, in group journeywork form and begin to connect into the elements and our helping spirit guides. These will be visually guided journeywork sessions designed to take you places where the pressure turns into fun. While we turn inward we are given tools, experiences, and meanings that will support us outward, and that's where the fun begins to transition to our real world…

Week three each month is where it comes together, this is where all the magic, the connection, and the wisdom starts to take form - yes it can take even more form. Together we will share optional tools to create an environment and assist in the ways of “creating” your own ritual or ceremonial practice that can be fun, meaningful and also simple (no added flare unless it's there for you to add).

This program does not come with a written manual, because through the experience here you will become your own manual. The tools, the wisdom, and the knowledge will be found in each and every page of notes, every drawing, and all of the experiences we have together here in this program. Save the text books for another time and place, not here =)

Now, The Breakdown:

Week 1 — Teachings on the Elements. Liz and Travis share teachings on each month's elemental themes. You will receive insights on your unique human design in connection to each element as well as teachings from the lived experiences of the ceremonial facilitators.

Week 2 — Journey as Experience. You will use shamanic journeywork to go into your own relationship with the elements directly, gaining insight into your own patterns and where you're in or out of balance.

Week 3 — Creation of the Ceremony. You create your own ceremony to bring yourself back into harmony with your inner and outer worlds…

Week 4 — Integration. Together, you let what moved through you settle into the body before the next month opens

This same rhythm, teaching, journey, creation, and integration, will carry you through all seven months.
