When men gather together in ceremony, entire communities feel the effect.
As men, we are profound, powerful, strong, and healthy by nature… yet life has a way of changing us… relationships form us… and a lack of stability disrupts our flow…JUST TO NAME A FEW...
And it is often from this place that we lead… unaware that we have been shaped by these things around us….not knowing how to get back to center … for ourselves or the ones we love and care for.
We can hold a lot as men, and oftentimes we can hold onto too much… In our bodies and our minds… but here, on 11/15 you will come as you are, and learn new skills to help retrain your breath, and let your body feel peace, strength, and confidence ... All while standing alongside other men and brothers who are facing their own fears, and fires…
