Thriving in the Darkness - A solstice gathering

As the darkest day of the year arrives, we gather in community to remember the light that lives within us. “Thriving in the Darkness” is a full-day immersive experience co-facilitated by Travis Preston and Liz Disterhoft, designed to support heart-centered living during a time of cultural pressure, holiday stress, and collective intensity.

We begin with ceremonial cacao and breathwork to soften the body, open the heart, and reconnect with the spark of a life that feels meaningful and alive. From this grounded place, we turn inward to remember the sacred gifts we each carry—even in seasons where the world feels heavy or demanding. Together we explore how to bring those gifts forward with intention and integrity, accessing inner wisdom that supports our joy, resilience, and emotional wellbeing.
